You begin by reaching out to our donation team or submitting a simple online form. We’ll gather basic information about your asset and discuss next steps.

We coordinate a third-party appraisal and survey of the asset (e.g., yacht, aircraft). You’re reimbursed for these costs once the donation is complete.

You'll sign an official donation agreement transferring ownership. This legally enables us to act on your behalf in the sale process.

On the same day the donation is finalized, we issue a letter of acknowledgment, compliant with IRS standards, indicating fair market value for tax deduction purposes.

We work with certified brokers or professional auction houses to sell the asset for a reasonable price as quickly as possible. Your broker (if applicable) will receive their commission first.
